Good restaurant by the busy waterway. Fun, casual with good but not fast service. At a marina everyone is laid back and not in a hurry.

Which was awful. Caesar salad was good. Setting lovely, service good.

I guess most "Marina" restaurant are pretty bad. This one is Ok but the food is not particularly good.
