I really wish this place had a better menu. I like the location and the setting very much but the menu leaves a lot to be desired. There is not a lot to chose from and I think they could. Make a better effort at offering more choices and fresher food. I will still dine here because it's convenient but... More

We've had several great meals at Pranzo, but have not visited for dinner. We can say that breakfast and lunch have always been excellent. For lunch we've tried several of the Paninis and the Pizzas. All were wonderful. For breakfast, we love the Chiliquiles, but the bagel breakfast sandwiches are great too. Hopefully we will stop by for dinner soon.... More

We found this delightful place quite by accident but came back four times because of the excellent food, variety and service. Fresh bread and ingredients, nicest panini and pizza I've had, sorry Panera etc. loved the fries, thin sliced and served hot and crisp. Paying with card was no problem, they bring the machine to the table and accept chip... More

For me this is one of the better restaurants in Lakeside. The Pranzo salad was one of the best I have had and I often order salad when we go out. Our waiter was pleasant. The place is always busy so they must be doing something right .

There are SO MANY restaurants Lakeside to choose from. We decided to give this one a try, and arrived at a quiet time of the day and enjoyed sitting on the patio. Our service was good. The house wine was...uh...house wine. I had the white chicken lasagna. It was tasty, but the pasta sheets were quite thick which gave it... More

Me and my wife went there for breakfast... had two hot lattes... my wife wanted to order a red sauce omelette without ham... they said they couldn't do that because the eggs were already mixed with the ham... which i don't get why. I ordered a waffle, dough was terrible, no flavor at all... all i tasted was flour, it... More

I love this restaurant not only because it is across the street from my house, but it is consistently good, has great service, plenty to choose from for everyone, and a great vibe.

You can avoid the traffic noise by eating behind the wall or inside. Enjoyed the ensalada Caprese and shrimp salad. Attentive service, although a little slow. Prices somewhat higher than other popular spots like Paninos and Ajijic Tango.

We stopped for coffee at Pranzo Bistro, thinking it was a coffee place--it wasn’t. They serve the usual dishwater that passes for coffee in Mexico--we had Americanos. But it’s a nice outdoor location on the Carretera patronized by Gringos.

Very nice atmosphere except for the panhandlers coming to your table while you are eating... That was enough to say we would not come back but....... We noticed another outdoor garden area off to the side. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the pranzo salad. Both were delicious. Service was slow but we had all day....... Will go there... More
