I'm not sure why you would leave a negative review for Vernon's Fish Bar on Victoria street when you said it was Les's on Earle Street I don't think that is fare without trying us we are not connected the the Earl street shop. Thanks! More

Visited Sat 17/09/2016. Food was fab, staff were friendly. One helped us to our seats as we were with my disabled mum. Immaculately clean, cheap and food is delicious.

Good service but expensive due to the location (center of town , expected I suppose) Better option is pioneer chippy Underwood lane. Cheaper and faster.

I visit every now and then for some lunch with my kids. We like to sit down in the cafe. Was there recently and ordered two fish dinners. Fish was done to perfection, not too much batter and cooked lovely. Chips are great too. Has to be one of the best chippy in Crewe or even as far to say... More

Absolutely gorgeous fish and chips. Very fresh fish in a light crispy batter. Cafe available if you want to eat in. It's such a shame that they don't open in the evening at all. I know they did trial a late night - but not enough people knew about it so sadly it didn't last.

Come here regularly with my nana when we shop in Crewe. We both always have the fish dinner with tea and coffee. I always ask for gravy as an extra and the girls are always happy to help. Reasonable prices and somewhere nice to just sit and relax after an afternoon wandering round the shops.

What more can you say then. I highly recommend Vernons for chips and a battered sausage for lunch. The staff are friendly, the food is cooked to perfection and it has a really nice atmosphere.

Called in for a quick snack late morning. Good ambience inside. Staff friendly and good service. But portion of chips on plate very small.

The title says it all really. The food is good quality and freshly cooked. The waitresses are great. The place is very clean and the decor is very nice. This is a very good place for lunch in Crewe. :)
