The food and the coffee was lovely, one of the best breakfasts in the area. The service and the atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming. Definitely recommending to family and friends

I feel compelled to write this. I had wanted to go to AT Welch for my breakfast where I know it is delicious but their opening was 10am on Wednesday. I thought I would try Mollys expecting to get a half decent breakfast. I cant believe in todays age they used a deep fat fryer. The Bacon was like the... More

I'm sorry you felt 'compelled' to write your review, it saddens us that your life is so vacuous. Considering your breakfast was so 'awful' you managed to scoff the vast majority of it, only leaving one small bite out of your four slices of bacon and a small piece of egg. Perhaps you may have been able to taste it... More

Just visiting to see a relative at uni, stopped into this wonderful little cafe. The breakfast was amazing and the service could not be nicer. Definately would recommend to people looking for a little place to enjoy without the hussle and bussle of a big chain. Full of character and charm.

I decided to try Molly's as had walked past numerous times and seen all the advertising boards. I walked in and took a seat, there were 3 other tables in there. When I went up to order I was told by the ?chef that there would be a long wait as he had 4 breakfasts to do. As it was... More

I am sorry you feel this way and felt the need to give this review. I had popped out for 20 minutes last Friday morning to judge cakes in a 'Bake Off' for a local Macmillan Coffee morning, which is why our chef was holding the fort. He had received a large order before you came in and politely explained... More

I said to the fella serving do you get one toast or two with the breakfast, He said"I can do you two" Then when we went to pay she charged us for extra toast. We weren't advised of this when ordering. I then questioned why it says sausages on the menu and you only get one. She said it must... More

'The woman', or 'she', was myself - the owner of the business, I think you thought you could speak to me as if I was something you'd trodden in, but were mistaken (though in fairness your attitude towards 'the man' - my partner - was also very rude). To clarify, for your breakfast you had: Three x bacon, 1 x... More

Visiting for a day, stopped here for lunch: bacon butties: nicely cooked, and lots of bacon in a tasty roll. Good big mug of coffee. Well frequented by locals (always a good sign) who were able to give us lots of local information.

As the owner of Molly's I will address the points which irked you so much you waited a full week to make: Firstly, you were not the 'only ones in', the shop was full with other diners and very busy, some of which had ordered before yourselves. We operate a good old fashioned system whereby whoever orders first gets served... More
