The Plough is a pretty 'destination' pub in deepest Cheshire. Stunningly beautiful from the outside. I was only there for drinks, a pint or two of the Robinson's Unicorn (well presented and poured). Inside it looked like it was set up for restaurant quality food,...More

My friend and I both had a lamb roast. The meat was uncuttable or chewable. I requested a fresh lunch which arrived and AGAIN was unbeatable. How can you make a piece of lamb so uncuttable/chewable? Can you not implement some QC on the food...More

Called in for lunch with friends. Can't fault the staff, very pleasant and accommodating. The food was ok, relatively small helpings for the price, but have had better value meals elsewhere.

Been here about six times since moving to the area in late 2016. The food is fantastic... everything is perfectly cooked and presented. Top notch.
