Cafe very busy. Nice selection of cakes. Good selection of food also. Lovely view from all sides of the building

Friendly staff great food and a AMAZING views looking over lake district etc .great place for overnight parking in campervan. Stoped there several times .no boy racers.

We stopped by for a comfort break but also had coffee and scones. There is a fantastic view from here. Even better if you like cars and bikes.

Third time lucky and the clouds had lifted from Hartside Summit for a view to the Lake District and the Solway Firth! We popped in for cake shortly before closing time. Still a good selection of cakes and desserts to be had, together with good...More

Have been here a few times and the food is decent quality, not too expensive. Got over charged today but it was apologetically sorted out as soon as it was pointed out. Will be back I am sure. Great views when the weather plays ball

After a long cycle up to the cafe I was rewarded (& spoilt for choice) with cake. The selection was vast, the cakes were huge, fresh and very tasty. Amazing value too.

Been motorcycle riding with a friend who took me to the Hartside Cafe. Wasn't really hungry, just popped in for a brew, but saw home made pies and then Flapjacks. Well one had to and I was not disappointed.

It doesn't matter on quality etc as long as it's there. And yes it was there, we had been for a ride out on the bike, very windy but refreshing. What with the wind blowing us back, forth and sideways Hartside was a welcoming site...More
