Had breakfast here, having stayed in the b&b. Lovely and cooed to order. Quirky goods from Peru on sale.

On our way to Scotty Land for a few days, wanted a coffee a cake, knew there was a cafe in the area but had forgotten about the Llama Karma Kafe. Lovely wood burner just inside the door, seemed a bit busy but the service was very quick, with great staff, looked at the Llamas from the cafe, very clean... More

Stopped off for a take away coffee on our journey home and couldn't resist the cheese scones sitting on the counter. They must have come straight out of the oven! We weren't disappointed, they were absolutely scrummy. The coffee was good too!

Stopped for lunch with our family, quirky interior design which was interesting. Animals went down a treat with the two year old! Service was pleasant and not rushed but soup was a bit pricey. Everyone had a relaxing break before continuing with our trip.

Stopped in hear on the way from Glasgow to Sheffield - just missed breakfast but had some panninis which were excellent. This was a trip without the kids but we will definitely revisit in the summer. Don't drive past give it a try.

We stopped off here on way to and from a long weekend in Scotland, it was ideally placed for lunch on both trips, I have visited this place before but it was a first for my wife, just love the quirkiness of the place, always excellent food and reasonably priced, and of course you can go and meet the Llamas,... Nice to see something so different and a place that makes you smile and chuckle when you walk in. Foods good and fresh, and staff were very friendly. Will visit again.

Popped in as we have passed by several times, paid £5 each for the 30 minute animal encounter. The guy showing us round was very informative and very friendly, my youngest absolutely loved it all as he is animal mad and got to feed or hold a huge variety of animals and insects. Afterwards had a very good lunch at... More

Although we have passed by during a few trips to the Lake District it was too near to our destination to warrant a stop, but this journey to Scotland needed a break. Llama Karma is just right for providing a quirky environment to wake up the tired driver and passengers. The decor is bright and cheery; the shop stocks a... More

Ordered pea and mint soup with half a bagette. When it arrived the soup was stone cold. We did complain and it came back steaming hot and it was tasty enough. The large tea pot was less than half full so just a small cup of tea for two. A Lot of the younger staff didn't seem keen enough to... More
