Quiet Thursday evening visit. Fish & chips for 5 cooked to order were delicious. Standard portion sizes - just the right amount. Would definitely recommend for food - just a shame about the one loo in the shed out the back!

We needed a short coffee stop on our journey and we're delighted by the cake and coffee that we had. The service was excellent - most friendly and efficient. Don't miss this place on your travels. Really excellent value.

This is not a restaurant it's a good old fish and chips shop. Pretty massive portion of fish beautifully cooked and the scampi was lovely too. Staff very pleasant. Don't go in wearing a rucksack, you'll probably never get out.

everything is cooked to order and found to be excellent both in service and quality, good selection but be warned the fish they serve up north is mainly haddock not cod as it is down south

We arrived and placed our order.. No problem, no how many only a short wait at all and it was great. Perfection and 12 happy travellers sorted and fed for under £60. Brilliant food and fantastic service.

We went on Monday when they had a fish and chip special for £4. Outstanding. Great quality, friendly service, cooked to order. What's not to like?

My only hope is that they'll consider all-day opening hours!! Make you know when they're open before visiting - great value and excellent service. A++
