... with a good atmosphere. Lovely seating around outside, just across the road which runs next to the cycle path, so it's safe to let your children cycle on whilst you enjoy a beer.

Had a great time on Friday evening. Very good live music with an all girl duo, with everyone singing along, a great atmosphere. Real ales included Oakhams Citra and Akholme's Darley' Ghost. It is a really good local friendly pub and a few pints slipped...More

Great local pub with fine beer, a nice place to spend an evening: The beer garden across the road has great views.

Quite a small pub but people inside were friendly and included us in their weekly event of 'Play your Cards Right' Cider was lovely! Bar staff could have been more amenable to outsiders. Served it's purpose but would probably not go again.

Recently under new management and cleaned throughout you cant beat it as a small cosy village pub with loads of character. Plenty of good beers and lagers all served by nice staff and comfortable seating, well worth a visit.

Hi, yes, I agree with the other person who has answered your question! There is also The Grouse and Claret at Rowsley, a couple of miles away, but Barringtons is more convenient to this area and the rooms are nice.
