Could be the location, part of a industrial estate, but on that Saturday evening there was just a few eating. No chicken and one half rack of dried up ribs. Girlfriend had fish and chips which was kept warm under the lights. No chicken or ribs so I went for the same. Cooked fresh for me which was nice but... More

Myself and hubby visited here on Tuesday night and we weren't disappointed. £14 for two carvery meals, a pint of larger shandy and a J20. the food was nice and hot, plenty of choice of veg. the gammon is especially yummi. the sweet menu looked very nice too. the venue was nice and clean and tidy.

This place is just the same as every other cheap food outlet in Britain flavourless food, inattentive staff, screaming kids and their doorway smoking tattooed parents but for a fiver a meal I suppose you mustn't grumble, I have definitely had worse.

We hadn't been for a long time after witnessing a customer drink from the gravy ladle but decided to give it another go fair enough no lady drinking from ladle but won't be returning for the foreseeable future there was a horrible musty smell to begin with and when we went for our meals the turkey was on last bit... Well a wonderful Birthday meal. Excellent food has usual. Try the curry with your roast meal quite a tasty change. Lovely and clean with very happy and friendly staff. Free child meal per adult which was nice with four adults and three free children's meals on Sunday's and bank holidays. Well worth the trip.
