Been here a few times mid week and first time today for Sunday lunch.. no matter when you go or how busy they are the food is always amazing with friendliest staff...its my favourite place to go without doubt.

Visited last week for sunday lunch and wasn't disappointed. Lovely prawn cocktail and then roast beef which was so tadty and plenty of it.great yorkshires ,goosefat potatoes and lovely fresh veg. Definately recommend and will be returning.

We stumbled across this pub on a drive out on new years day. Very warm welcome fire lit perfect cosy atmosphere. We ordered a steak and ale pie- lots of beef, chips were delicious the veg was very undercooked i personally like it like that...More
