Been going to Nycc since it opened just realised I've never done a review. What can I say.........great coffee great food great people. Not your generic high street coffee shop A far more relaxed but personal service. Some really friendly staff, and you never know who you may meet when your in there.

Went here by chance with daughters and a friend. Well the guy on the desk was friendly and so helpful, one daughter is dairy hree and they made a secial effort for her. He also turned out to be Peter Andres brother which was confirmed when the man himself walked in. Well the place is family orientated with a small... More

East Grinstead suffers, particularly in comparison with Tunbridge Wells, with the quality of it's cafés and coffee shops. Unfortunately the NY coffee does absolutely nothing to address this imbalance. Needing a quick lunch I dropped into in the NY in the hope of a quick sit down snack in pleasant surroundings but soon changed my mind and opted for a... More

Very ordinary says it all, no atmosphere half hearted staff. Nothing stands out. Only positive thing is situated on top end of High street .Go to Starbucks inside Sainsbury and be met with a smile and great drinks

Today a lady - probably one of the staff's relative was doing her own manicure - with the whole set on the table, filing her nails. Honestly the most disgusting feeling you can have, instead of enjoying your coffee. Sorry guys we... More

Out for a wander around the town with my 85 year old Mother. She had never visited so it was a good opportunity to take the weight off our feet. Staff were happy, pleasant and courteous, and the coffee was good quality. Clean and tidy. Nice place. Would recommend.
