Half way through our meal it started to get busy. 4 trainees were suddenly following our waitress . They were bouncing off each other. We became seemingly invisible. The manager happened by. I told him of our situation. Amazingly he wanted to talk about my...patience instead of his miscalculations. Go figure. We left there about 6pm. There was 20 people standing in line. Glad i m not invested in this company. I am sure covid is to blame huh?More

My husband and I got the T-Bone steaks, they were cooked perfectly and the baked potatoes were excellent. The bowls of salad were terrific since we love our salads. We had enough steak and potatoes to take home. The service was excellent and we were...seated far enough away from everybody.More

Visited the place after a long gap but food gave the same enjoyment. Some things have changed like the is no more peanuts on the table and peanut shells on the floor, the waitresses do not write their name with crayon on the table top...cover but the food was same tasty as before. We take the half roasted chicken and we enjoyed it.More

I have fond memories of the original Brown Derby's back in the 1960's and this steakhouse stays true to that theme, good steak (not great) at a fair price. On Monday & Tuesday they have a T-Bone dinner for $15.99 A friend and I decided...to give it a try and we were happy that we did. Our steaks were actually Porterhouse (with a larger filet section) and cooked to perfection. Served with a large hot baked potato and large share salad. For the price it was great meal.More

Three of us went here for dinner and two out of three were very disappointed. The Calamari appetizer was very salty and the sauce was overpowering and generic in taste. The Top Sirloin Steak & Grilled Jumbo Shrimp entree had multiple issues. The steak seemed...to be cooked medium rare but it was flavorless tough. I would have need a power saw to cut the meat then my poor body would have had to chew and digest it. The shrimp were over battered and the batter tasted not fully cooked and retained a lot of oil. The lobster tail in the Lobster Tail Dinner was overcooked. The free salad that came was decent and was priced accordingly. The staff was helpful and understanding. They listened and did not dispute what we told them. We will never go back unless something major changes but I am hopeful they can take the care they showed us and put it in their food.More

I had eaten at a Brown Derby quite a few years ago and it was a pleasant experience but this place sure changed my attitude about it! I got the rib eye, ordered medium rare and it came cold and rare! A skilled surgeon could...have probably saved it! I cut off so much fat that it was not near worth the price I paid! My wife got the prime rib and had similar problems with the way it was cooked and the fat. Never again!More

So we were in town to cheer on friends running in the half marathon. We stopped here for dinner the night before. Our server was not the best. She did not refill our drinks or even ask if we wanted them refilled. We had to...ask. She took our order and we saw her busy with other tables. She dropped off our bill and then it seemed like forever before she came back to get it because we paid with cards and she had to run them. The food was ok. The salad was good. It came family style. We got the chicken and rib combo and our friends got the half chicken special. We may go back again. Maybe it was just an off night for her but not sure.More

I was a child when brown derby was still open in Columbus. I’m not sure why others have gave such negative reviews. The food is truly amazing at the the Ontario oh. I got the chicken portobello mushroom with provolone cheese. It literally melted in...my mouth. Hubby stated that they made a better steak then he does. And from experience he makes an amazing steak. The young lady Kristen that took care of us she was efficient and she was very prompt at getting our food and bringing it right to the table. Everything was hot that needed to be hot and cold that needed to be cold. This location is 1 hour and 15 mins from our home. I will for sure go there again and again. Oh I did not mention portion sizes. Most of the pics I took we had already stated to eat. Onion rings the size of a roll plate and are beer battered. And stood almost 3 inches. We got a half order thank heavens. It was only 2 of us. Me and hubby could have probably split an entree. Because of the portion sizes. Depending on if you can eat alto or not you will be almost for sure taking a doggie bag home. We live near Columbus. And we have NEVER FOUND. Food or portion sizes this big. No where in Columbus will you find an entree that is as big as they serve at brown derby roadhouseMore

Calamari was excellent. Service was good. The steaks were very expensive, we had burgers as we saw many people having. Burgers cooked to temp but needed more seasoning
