I ate at Tomo my first night in Cleveland. The staff was great and the food was even better. I had the Dragon Roll and a Spicy Crab Roll. I would recommend Tomo to any sushi lover visiting Cleveland.

come for the sushi! really enjoy these fresh made rolls. Drinks are very good as well. Use the valet parking as parking can be a challenge on a weekend night.

We went there pretty early on a Thursday Night, other than a couple of people at the sushi bar we were the only people in there, although the hibachi menu was a bit pricier than what we were used to the hibachi chef was really entertaining and we were given very generous portions. I had Steak and Chicken, normally the... More

We did the hibachi dinners and the chef was more entertaining than most. The portions, including those for kids, were very large and the food was good, though somewhat expensive.

The food was definitely a 4.5. We had both hibachi and sushi. The hibachi chef was dramatic and fun to watch, and the steak, scallops, shrimp, and vegetables were all cooked exactly to order and delicious. Even the miso soup, while less miso-y and more onion-y than the norm, was very good. The sushi was silky and full of flavor--the... More

We went to Tomo based on a native Clevelander's suggestion. It was dead on delicious! Service was lackluster...since our waitress forgot to tell the Hibachi chef we were waiting but once the chef began we quickly forgot about the slow server. The Red Snapper Hibachi was to DIE for...it was so succulent it literally fell off the spatula as he... More
