We passed the Acle Bridge Inn on our way to Yarmouth and decided to turn round and stop for some lunch and we where very glad we did. We took my mum on Sunday for Mother's Day. We struggled to get there on time as she has dementia and has been very ill. Staff didn't mind and were very welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely! Special balloons everywhere and felt like a celebration. Our waitress was sue who was very attuned to my mum. She spotted she wasn't well... More

We had such a fab time at the acle bridge. The food was nice (scampi was a bit soggy), the steak pie is massive and v tasty. Kids meals are £6.50 and includes an ice cream... The best bits were the outside play bits for the kids which are really well looked after and not dilapidated at all and the... More

You will not find a restaurant in the area that is so big but the level of customer care is good. Our dog also got a drink! We ate here again the other day and once again all the staff were pleasant and funny. The waitress was very attentive and chatted to us about our day, Karen i think her... More

Also despite the cold weather the pub was lovely and warm which as a really nesh person I found to be unusual as I am normally uncomfortably cold in... More

We visited on our way to the coast and found ourselves in the middle of a party! Everyone was very welcoming in this traditional pub and the Guiness was perfect!

Visited the Acle Bridge Inn today. A warm friendly welcome and a nice table by the open file a bowl of water for our dog, a really nice thought. Food and service were good as were the drinks, all brought to the table. The pub is right next to the broads so with outside seating a perfect spot for a... More

We popped into the Bridge inn to book a table for that evening and was greeted by a lovely open fire and a charming atmosphere. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly and offered us a table that evening. Dogs are allowed both in the bar and restaurant and there were several tables taking advantage of this . Food was... More
