This place looks like it could be a thriving hub for community and visitors alike, but needs dragging into 21st century... I can order drinks at the bar but cannot order drinks from the waitress when eating. I can order food from the waitress but not from the bar... come on folks! Make it easy for the customer. Regulars get... More

I live fairly close to The Bluebell. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The Lunchtime meals are excellent value.

We ate here 2 nights running . We were recommended by friends whose lodge we were staying in over the road and we were not disappointed on either evening. Large portion sizes plenty of flavour and reasonably priced . What more can you ask for from an English country village pub?

Depends who's behind bar to how friendly bluebell is , great for a drink but it's not a cheap pub vodka and coke is more expensive than the restaurant facing . food needs a lot to be desired we once waited two hours for a lunchtime jacket potato which def wasn't worth the wait , not tried again for food

We visited here a few times as a family in the summer of 2016 as we were staying in the area. They describe themselves as a country pub on the edge of town, but we didn't get the feel of that much, not being made to feel overly welcomed, nor rewarded with high quality food and drink at fair prices.... This was my first visit for food but I have been for drinks before as I live in north walsham. It is a in town pub but on outskirts so feels almost like a country pub. We went on a weekday lunchtime and choose to have the lunchtime deal of a main and small dessert for £7.95....these were on a... More
