Was staying at the Premier Inn alongside Fowlers Farm and had booked a table in advance as we had eaten hear before but it was a while ago. A friend of mine, who lives locally, joined us and we had drinks first while we looked...at the menu and ordered. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions and the main thing for me was that at no point during the evening did we feel rushed. We all had starters and a main and my friend and I had a beer while my wife had a bottle of Prosecco, to herself, The food was excellent, well cooked and hot. The bill came to just short of £100 but without the bubbly would have been around £75 which I think represents very good value for the quality of food, the attentive staff and the ambience.More

We were staying in an adjacent hotel which was very basic so did not have high expectations. However, once we entered we were made to feel very welcome by the gentleman who squeezed us in when we had not booked. The menu was interesting and...the food well presented and cooked to perfection. We were looked after by Keri who could not be faulted. Altogether a most enjoyable experienceMore

We saw the new brunch menu advertised and decided to give it a go. The food was lovely, well cooked and good quality. It also comes in two sizes so perfect for all appetites. The service was great, our waitress, Sophie, was very knowledgable about...the new menu and able to give us pointers on what to have. We look forward to our next visit.More
