Away from the busy city centre though only a few minutes walk from the end of Deansgate, this massive corner pub - recently refurbished - was a relaxing last stop. Nothing special - beer-wise but decent enough range of wines / spirits.

Staying at the travelogue just down the road and found this pub while looking for somewhere to eat before going to the Arena on a Sunday night. Staff were friendly and atmosphere relaxed. They had the football on but not so you couldn't ignore it....More

Came here after a couple of visits to watch football. Pie, mash, peas and gravy for £9.00. Its good price and super tasty. Staff are really friendly. Pool table good quality, not often you find that in City Centre. Great pub!
