Popped into this pub on a weekend whilst driving nearby. On the outside it appears quite inviting which is in contrast to the inside. It's clearly a 'drinkers' pub which by itself is not bad but it must appear inviting to the visitors. The greeting by the barmaid was luke warm at best as was the quality of the pint... More

Ate here for Sunday lunch, Roast pork was lovely, good selection of vegetables too and generous portions for £9.95. Lovely friendly service in a clean pub, we sat in the dining room area which although was busy, had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We booked online on the pub website and glad we did as all the tables had little 'reserved'... More

Stopped here on the off chance of having Sunday lunch after being disappointed by other local eateries. The waitress was most helpful and attentive, as was... More

Went to this lovely local pub for a lunch with the girls on a Thursday afternoon. The staff are lovely and friendly, but the food is out of this world. Portions are amazing, tastes so fresh, it's just amazing food. Would recommend for everyone to go here!

Celebrating the life of an amazing lady with a huge crowd of friends and family. The buffet laid on was varied, wholesome and plentiful - Plough and Horses did her proud!

Description
Good Beer and Simple Food with fresh ingredients...

The Plough & Horses is a traditional local pub situated in the village of Cove just 4 miles from Farnborough.

Whilst the pub has a lively atmosphere, the low ceilings and open fire (during the colder months) also bring about a cosy feel to the pub.

Food from our varied menu, which is popular with diners of all ages, is prepared from fresh ingredients every day and served in our family friendly restaurant dining area, the garden or the bar area, wherever you are most comfortable!

If beer is your tipple then there is a good selection available from the bar which also offers a range of lagers, wines and soft drinks to cater for all preferences, including tea or coffee should this take your fancy.

Sporting events are shown regularly in our bar area so why not come along and watch your favourite match on the big screen with a pint!

Free Wi-Fi communication is available throughout the pub........Or you could just TALK to each other!

The Plough & Horses is an attractive brick built building and is one of the oldest pubs in the area.....Why not come take a look.

In the summer many customers are attracted to our large beer garden where food and drinks are served in a secluded and family friendly environment.

Dogs are welcome throughout the pub provided they are kept under control at all times.

Our friendly staff and regulars look forward to seeing new faces and await your visit!
