We popped in on Sunday afternoon, and was surprised to find various options for Coeliacs. Therefore I chose a scone/cream/jam which was lovely. Staff were very pleasant. Very busy within the tea rooms today. Defiantly worth a visit !

Had the most wonderful afternoon "Hampshire Cream Tea" at the Lyndhurst Tea House. Hubby and I shared it - very generous portion of cream with both a fruit and plain scone which are home made, large and bouncy fresh - gorgeous! Plate arrives with two scones and small loaded pot of cream and a pot of jam. Staff are welcoming... More

Such wonderful staff and made a fuss over our son of 4. Food was yummy and hardly have to wait. Good prices and it's not my first visit and will only go there. Never disappointed not once. Would recommend it. All clean spacious and welcoming.

Wow what a great place the staff all looked really young but were so professional and welcoming. I went in for a cup of tea. Ended up with. Scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast. It arrived quickly and hot tasted perfect. My only disappointment is I live too far away to make it my local. But when ever I Amin... More

My son worked at weekend in this tea room about 20 years ago whilst at boarding school in the New Forest. I t was delightful to go to such a friendly tea room. The young staff were exceptionally attentive and although busy coffee was served quickly and effiecently. The cake selection looking marvellous but as we were going out to... More

Popped in 2nd Jan for brunch and was very impressed - much better than a previous visit a few years ago. Awesome coffee and a great breakfast - I had the large for £7.95 and it was great value and very tasty and a tasty americano coffee. My other half had a breakfast stack and tea. Only tip - HP... Popped in for a quick cuppa and ended up having a full English. On our arrival we were told to take a seat and someone would take our order. After a few minutes looking at the menu we were served by a polite happy member of staff. Drinks were bought over promptly, quickly followed by toast and then our breakfast.... More

Hi - thanks very much for your kind review. We're really glad you enjoyed your visit and that the service was to the standard we expect. Although we do serve our breakfasts with marmalade, if you asked to change for jam then it should have been done for you. We hope to see you again in the future. More
