Previously we visited this establishment and found it very noisy whilst eating in the restaurant. It has now changed and we found it relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were very attentive and couldn't be more helpful.......the meal was delicious, we all had different food....as for the wine, we found it comparable to most restaurants and what they charge for good... We went in a group of 8 for a birthday, the food is ok but the service is not. The staff just don't listen to what the customer is saying and they just write down quickly before moving on the the next order. Staff taking the orders need to pay more attention to what is being said.

We booked a last minute table for 2 on a Saturday night which was accommodated with no problem. We arrived early and had a few drinks in the bar area first, which is spacious and clean. There is a decent range of drinks on the menu, including the usual cocktails. The starters were good- Chowder and Bruschetta with bread and... More

Lunch time meal to meet friends from a recent holiday. Great food and service. Good atmosphere and they even brew their own beer. Good all round.

Great value with a mid week offer of 20% discount. I had the mushroom risotto to start which was lovely but a large portion for a starter. For my main I had the calzone which was good but the tomato sauce that came with it was soooooo salty that I couldn't eat it!!!! The server was lovely and the food... More

Came with friends last week. I had steak and it was one of the best I have ever had ! Cooked beautifully. The sticky toffee pudding was also en pointe and the evening was further enhanced by the tasteful music provided in the lounge, where I finished the evening with one too many glasses of the house wine. Just bliss
