Good food and friendly staff. We enjoyed our meal in this lovely historic place. The menu was seasonal and freshly prepared.

A varied menu. Food was beautifully presented from attentive staff. Wine was a little pricey but no more than other restaurants.

If you want a really warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere in this small but roomy hotel, make a detour and go to Otterburn.
