Excellent little pub ..due to covid limited tables ...we booked a table for four....a big thank you Dean...very friendly ...loved the place...visited twice ...you can go next door to the chippy and bring it back into Pebbles to eat..Fantastic....
Awesome vibe to the place. Walls have guitars, banjos, mandolins and fiddles on them as well as photos and old beer signs and humorous slogans. Had about 10 ciders on and maybe more plenty of scrumpy as well. Great barman ! told me the ciders...are locally sourced with no sulphites.. tried an elderberry cider and it was lovely. even though people sat apart (due to covid measures) on different tables there was good banter and I was made to feel welcome. If you like pubs with something a bit different about them check this place out if you are in Watchet.More
We called in here a couple of times while on a short break in the town and had a great time on both occasions. Good selection of drinks and freindly efficient service what more could you ask for. Would certainly call in again and recommend...to others.More
Unusually, to us as we only go in here when on Hols and it has always been a must go to sit and chat. This is one place that seems to have suffered. The greeting was shall we say a bit frosty and clinical. ordered...drinks, fine but very little conversation, distances were observed, but felt more uncomfortable than in any other place we have ever visited. On attempting to chat to the bar person, let's face it the biggest conversation point is how covid is has affected them were told to keep political opinions to ourselves!!!! EVERY where else folk chatted openly, and seemed interestested in how other areas and villages were managing. We left feeling somewhat disappointed. This may have been a one off/bad day but every other time we have been here quite simply we did not want to leave.More

Sad to hear this as we’ve had such a hard time trying to do as we are told within Government guidelines and we are such a small business it’s extremely difficult. Our manager, Dean, has done a sterling job given the circumstances. We probably have...More
Had never visited Watchet before, let alone 'Pebbles' but we'll certainly be back. The town itself is lovely and definitely quieter than its more famous neighbours along the coast and 'The Pebbles Tavern' is a gem in its heart.
Its certainly 'quirky'. In fact from...the outside it doesn't really look like an inn at all but the staff are so friendly and so keen to talk about their more than extensive range of ciders!
Having quenched our thirst we then took up the recommendations of fish and chips from next door and sandwiches and scotch eggs from Sam's Deli in the adjoining street. All excellent! Can't recommend this place highly enough!More

Hello, we do not serve food, but you are welcome to bring in food from the Fish and Chip shop next door or from our local Indian Restaurant. Our local deli will deliver to Pebbles Tavern and they have a menu in Pebbles for you to order from. Unfortunately we are too small to do all the drinks that we do as well as have the facilities to cook food. I would have loved to cook but you can only work with what you have. Never mind x
