Had not been here for many years when it was a pub . However we were looking for somewhere different for lunch and saw that it was now an Italian restaurant even though it still looks like a pub both outside and in . We were surprised that the place soon filled up since there were extensive road works going... More

Ok it's been a few weeks since we visited The bridge Inn at Branston on the A38. I advise due to its small car park parking at the water park and having a nice stroll through the park to the canal then turn right and it's a five minute walk . When we arrived the exterior of the building looked... More

Was up in the area for a few days from Plymouth. Not knowing the area at all I hopped on google to find somewhere to grab some lunch with my sister, and this little beauty popped up. We typed it into the satnav and headed over. When we arrived we thought we had the wrong place - from the outside... More

Just on a run out to a local garden centre and popped in for a pub lunch. To our surprise we had wondered into an Italian restaurant rather then a country pub. Our initial thoughts were to move on, but we decided to stay, glad we did. The place has a relaxed feel and a nice beer garden next to... More

A group of us went on Friday night. The food was really tasty and I would recommend it to anyone. Restaurant is small but lovely and cosy. The staff were very helpful. Thank you for a good evening and we will be back

Basic Italian food of good quality, taste is excellent and served with a smile. A small and buzzy little restaurant on the edge of Burton upon Trent just off the A38. Fantstic pizzas Well Worth a visit.

We left booking a table for mother's day a little late, my husband rang several places which were fully booked, finally managed to get a table at the Bridge Inn. I have to say, I am very pleased that we did too! We had a beautiful, Italian influenced meal. My children both managed 3 courses and usually we hear moans... More

Nice stop on the canal and the food is lovely. Just make sure you've got time as we waited ages for the food. Always takes the edge off a good experience.

For a small place the choice on the menu is immense. I love pasta, husband loves fish, one son eats anything other son only burgers or fish and chips. We were all well catered for on this menu. We tried the bruschetta and crostini starters. The chicken crostini was gorgeous. I had penne della casa and husband had sea bass.... More

We booked an early evening 6pm sitting on a Saturday. Pleasant greeting, and only a couple of tables were occupied. Our starters bursted with mouth watering flavours, and the main courses were delicious and very hot when served. The menu has a large selection, and we downloaded it before we went so we could decided what to have, as we... More
