Friends wanted to meet for a meal over our way and we suggested somewhere local to us in the village. Another very good meal. From the drinks being ordered at the bar to the staff serving the meal they were all very good. Love the food here, never disappointed and the pizza shed is now open!!

A family of ten from 2 to 82 years went to celebrate grandma & grandads 60th wedding anniversary. We were made most welcome. Busy but not so much that it affected the service. Roast beef to die for & the biggest Yorkshire puds! The food was delicious. Service good. Staff attentive didn't make us feel rushed. Tiramisu dessert the best... More

There were a few mixed reviews on here recently , but we were happy ! We have had drinks here on many occasions, sitting inside and outside in the lovely garden but it was the first time we had eaten here . The lady in the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful as there was some confusion over the order!... More

I am going to begin this review by immediately laying my cards on the table. I thoroughly liked this pub and I can't wait to return. I am probably going to regret this though, because the next time I go to The Jinnie Inn and hope to get a table without a booking, then I'm sure I'm going to find... More

Bad service and rude staff. Very long time to order, then serve. Grand daughters beef was so fatty she couldn't eat it. Very disappointing. Not cheap for service and food received

Food was ok, though a little overpriced for what it is. Staff are quite rude. I always wonder why people, who clearly don't like customers, work in customer service?

Rang at the last minute to book a table for Valentines. This k we were fortunate to get a table as they were pretty booked up. We had a fabulous meal in a very pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Would definitively recommend. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, always, in the bar if you want to enjoy a drink.... More

Stopped in for a drink Sunday as a first time customer. Low and behold a real pub ! In a land that abounds with pubs it is hard to find a pub that is not a disguised wine bar or a restaurant that has a bar as an after thought . Small in size big in atmosphere cannot wait to... More

We eat here regularly. It's a lovely spot, and very popular in the summer when there are plenty of places to sit outside. Inside is cosy and split into two halves, the bar area and restaurant area, but you can eat anywhere here. The food is lovely and we always enjoy our visits.

Had an early table booking as it was 'Steak Night' (means it is booked up quickly) and it was a late decision by us to go out for supper. The staff are lovely and food is always good and served promptly. If dining room is fully booked you can eat in the bar which is fine too. Great for a... More

The Jinnie Inn is a traditional village pub located in Rolleston on Dove, near Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
Our comfortable bar area features low timber beamed ceilings and a fantastic open fire in the chilly winter months.
We pride ourselves in preparing all our dishes fresh on the premises. We never buy in 'ready meals' and therefore always happy to cook dishes to your individual taste where ever possible.

At the bar you'll find our cask mark accredited ales along with a fine selection of wines.
During the summer months you can relax in our fabulous beer garden and enjoy a taste of italy with our authentic wood fired italian pizza oven.
