Had a long weekend in the area. Kicked off with an open mic night in the QH, brilliant night, great musicians, really good atmosphere. Returned Friday night, tried a few other bars, returned again, Saturday, had a cracking meal. If we are in the area again, we shall return!

This is a proper British pub. It's not a restaurant, it's not a boozer, it's the perfect balance. Great beer, top notch food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Our guests were impresed! Shame about the yapping dog but the manager sorted it quickly. Farnham's little gem

Met our daughter and children for lunch having booked for 1.00pm. It was not too busy but it was very short staffed. We got our food at 2.15. The chicken in my club sandwich was charred which gave it a bitter taste. It took three attempts to get the bill right - thankfully I checked I don't normally bother. Sadly... More

There could have been a better range of beers on tap - pretty much the usual suspects in this Fullers Pub. The food was passable but unimpressive. Nice decor and good atmosphere.

Had the pork belly roast and was absolutely amazing, much better than The Nelson. Family were also chuffed with theirs, we also had the loaded cheesy chips and it was so good, left with full stomachs. Shame it's so popular as takes a while to get seated but hardly a fault

We've always loved the QH and are so pleased that its going from strength to strength with Rose and Owen doing an amazing job of running it. The beer is always perfectly kept. The food is imaginative and delicious. Service is very good. Atmosphere is perfect for a little pub in a small town. Live music every Sunday evening. Love... More

9 of us had Sunday lunch and the quality of food was fantastic. We all had either beef or pork. The pork was plentiful and the crackling was amazing. The portion of beef was very small but did taste fantastic, it felt like they may have been running out. The only downside was the time it took for the food... More

Amazing value. The steak is comparable to anything you'd get for double the price in a restaurant (they told me it comes from a local butcher), and the chips and bearnaise or peppercorn sauce come with it. Remember it's a pub. But the service was great, and it's cosy and friendly. Ideal for a winter evening.

Description
The Queen’s Head is a welcoming traditional pub in the heart of Farnham. We not only offer first class real ales, fine wine and a modern twist to our food, but it has been said that we have the ‘best bar staff in town’. We have a relaxed atmosphere in the day, opening for coffee and breakfast from 10am and become more lively in the evenings, live music, quiz nights and Open mic. Home-made lunches are served 12-4pm and we have a special pie night on Mondays and steak night on Wednesday nights.
