Nice meal, good service, reasonable price, good wine. Great views out over the ocean, you can finish with a stroll along the beach.

I think there are better places to eat than this, but the view was enjoyable. This place reminded me of bistros i visited in the early 90's. The seafood tasting plate was something i wish i hadn't ordered. The house wine offered was Oxford Landing Sauv Blanc, for a hefty price.

This restaurant has to be located in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. We timed our dinner around sunset and had to pop outside between courses to take in the specacular theatre at the end of the day. With such a high quality local seafood available for the chefs I had equally high expectations for the food..but... More

Good place to stop for lunch with up market burgers whilst looking across the bay. Reasonably priced.

Had a couple of lattes at Richardson's Bistro during our stay at Freycinet Lodge. Highly recommend for a coffee. The views are amazing.

Stayed at Freycinet lodge and ate here one night, the food was well cooked and presented and had huge oysters. A basic menu but well done, not a bad selection of drinks either. Staff were very friendly and talked to the kids, especially Jules who was fantastic. Prices are reasonable given location.

We love this place, has a fabulous view and wonderful staff throughout. We only had a main course and we both chose the 'Fish of the Day' - flathead fillets in a crunchy batter with chips delivered to our table, as was the wine, with excellent service. Well worth coming back.

We had an early lunch here of mussels and devonshire tea. Best scone I have ever had. Ever. That is a big call for me. I have had a few. Mussels were done well and view of the bay was great.

I'd rather starve then eat here again... From not being able to decanter wine to almost dry reaching when tasting our order... overall terrible dining experience.
