Amazing view with great food. The seafood chowder was soooo delicious and my husband enjoyed the ribs. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A great spot to eat in Swansea.

Good wholesome meals, but the view is what you would really go for. Very friendly staff, option to sit out on the deck overlooking the bay. On a clear day you can see right to the other side.

Well done - the most expensive soy latte I have ever ordered. $5.80!!!! Tarts - $8.50. Pizzas almost $30. Forget it and have seafood up the road - it's amazing!

A really nice place to have breakfast. Friendly staff, prices reasonable with a menu displaying a good variety. We sat outside in the cool of the morning and it was just lovely. Didn't have to wait very long for the food either. The young staff were excellent.

Nice, fairly standard food, great outlook, nice staff, slightly overpriced. Lots of Gluten Free choices available if you need that option. We were all satisfied with our meal, but it wasn't anything special.

Got pizza and so disappointed. Overpriced and not worth that. They weren't very nice and barely had anything on them. Won't be going back anytime soon.

We thought the pizza was good but a bit pricy. We paid $29 for a regular size. Nice view from the deck. Not too many options in Swansea but this worked out fine.

I had battered fried Fish with absolutely row vegetables: hardly eatable. My boyfriend ordered a vegetable risotto that looked like puke and a sour taste. Neither the rice nor the vegetables were recognisable. If you cannot but eat here stick to Fish ' chip .

Hi just thought i would respond to your review, you ordered quinoa fish not battered and this is served with a salad of green bean, broccolini and snow peas, not raw vegetables, it is advised that customers read the menu before ordering so if you want a change to how a meal is served you can then discuss this with... Grabbed a takeaway pizza from the adjoining shop after a day's travel. Reasonably priced and tasted good. Would call in again when travelling through.

Description
At Saltshaker Café and Restaurant we cater for breakfast/lunch and dinner dining in our restaurant ... .To compliment our offerings, enjoy your meal or drinks on the deck overlooking the bay towards Freycinet and The Hazards. On a calm sunny day, watch the fisherman launch and retrieve their boats - a popular and sometimes a very entertaining experience. On a full moon night, the reflections on the water are stunning. Both the Restaurant and Café are fully licensed so enjoy a selection from our beverage or wine list while you take in the view.If you're planning to enjoy our dining experience, be sure to reserve a table. we have now expanded our deck to take another level, offering seating outside for around 60 people. we also specialise in gourmet and regular pizza's open till late for take aways, or during meal times. If nothing else, be sure to do some "Decktime" at Saltshaker .... you won't be disappointed.
