Every time we dine here it is an adventure. The food is always prepared in a delicious manner and the servings are quite ample. It is a great place to get away out in the country and enjoy the moment.

I treated our guest who had never been here before. They were pleased with their salmon. I had a T-bone which was cooked to perfection. My wife had lamb. She said it was delicious.

First off: be prepared for no cell service and if it's a glorious day, don't expect to be seated quickly or for fast service. I say that because I saw many, many disgruntled patrons impatiently waiting to be seated. Um, if the tables are all full, there is nowhere for you to sit! The staff were seriously running to serve... Totally enjoyed the food. Everything tasted so fresh. Went with a group of six and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Stopped by here for lunch while in the area and was pleasantly surprised. Think fine dining but in a country setting. It felt like eating at a nice B & B. They use local ingredients and the staff was very friendly. This would be a tremendous location for a special event or a holiday meal.

I've been there twice; once with a group for dinner, once for lunch with my wife. It's a nice setting with good food. A bit pricey and a little slow on service.

Lovely restaurant with excellent service. Great wine and craft beer selection, and the goat cheese appetizer is the bomb! I had the salmon for my entree and was not disappointed. Melt in your mouth, grilled to perfection on a bed of carrots, broccoli, and garlic mashed potatoes. One of my new favorite places. Going back on my vacation.

My wife and I go to the Malabar often. It is our favorite restaurant in the area. We also take our friends there and they give it great reviews also. Great wine and beer selection and wait staff is friendly, prompt and attentive. We love this restaurant.

We had a short wait for a table on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, there was some confusion and no waiter appeared for quite some time. My husband had to out to the hostess table and let her know. After that, our service couldn't have been fast enough. We had the herbed goat cheese with crostini and it was delicious. I had... More

It was a beautiful Fall Sunday. We arrived at 11:40 a.m. We were the only two customers in the restaurant. Our waitress was pleasant, but she didn't understand the concept of "basic service." We had to get up and go find someone to bring coffee, to bring more sauce for our dry entrees, and finally for the check. It was... More
