Enjoy the food, the atmosphere, the view, the service, enjoy it all. My favorite plate is a turkey Manhattan; my favorite dessert is peanut butter pie, my favorite seat in the house-any of the window tables

always a nice place for a meal. Plenty of selections on the menu. Desserts are the best! I tried the chili for the first time today, but didn't care for it. You can't go wrong with the broasted chicken.

Ate at DerDutchman over the weekend and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast bar filled with everything imaginable to fill our stomachs to capacity. The staff was friendly and gracious. Next trip to Amish country we'll head to this restaurant for another fantastic meal.

I love there Baked Chicken Dinner. The chicken is always hot and tender. The atmosphere is Country and clean. We sat by the window and could see the trees and Farms that were close by. They also have a very good dinner buffet.

Only been here once. Got the chicken and noodles. Very good. Purchased a jar of the apple butter. Awesome stuff. Would come back if in the area.

Grew up in country, the food at the restaurant was country cooking, only not as good as my moms. She made better noodles, and I like my dressing better.

Based on the food, this would 3 stars! The service and the view make it a 4 star. May be my expectations on the food were a little high. in any event, the food was just average. The broasted chicken was above average, the mashed potatoes were less than average as were the green beans. The salad bar was minimal... More

Went for a Late Lunch / Early Dinner on Wednesday afternoon. We enjoyed the Amish Sampler Platter ( 2 meats: Chicken and Roast Beef ), along with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Stuffing, and a tossed salad. More than enough food for a hearty meal.

I love this place. Have been going here for years! And we have never had a bad meal! I love the salad bar. It has so many things! The chicken is awesome. The soup great! And if you are a gravy person... this is for you! If you are fortunate enough to sit close to the windows, you can look... More
