Have been eating there since they opened in Broken Bow. I travel to Broken Bow two to four times a year. I usually get a chicken and a cheese enchilada. My friend thinks their spinach enchiladas are the best! I will try that the next time I am there.

This was our second trip to the area, and second time to eat here at Papa's. My bride would eat Mexican food 24/7, and since after 36 years of marriage, I have become a pretty good Mexican food cook. And I can say these people know how to cook Mexican food, Texmex or authentic. We enjoyed it here very much,... More

My wife and I shared some chicken fajitas during our trip to Broken Bow and they were quite good. However, I was surprised by the price of a margarita ($12) compared to Dallas prices (which is where we are from). The service was "OK". If you're in the mood for some Tex Mex - give this place a try!

We stop here every time we are headed to Beaver's Bend and it's been great each time. It's never been too crowded and service has been great. We've ordered many different items and have loved them all.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but decent. I had a chicken quesadilla with guacamole. It wasn't a stand out but it's a pretty simple meal and hard to mess up. Chicken was tasty as was their guacamole.

We stop by on our way to the cabins once a year here. We have never ordered anything we didn't like. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly waiters/ waitresses. Try the Alambre Quesadilla, yummmy!

First and foremost... the manager the night we went was the worst service manager I have encountered. Tossed our menus on a table and when we asked for a booth (in the empty room) he nodded his head towards the nearby booth and said "in don't care". Wow... it was all down hill from there. Food was very generic and... More

Not bad food. But like most restaurants that serve large crowds quickly, you get mass produced, quickly served food. All in all, decent food. Portions are not overly large, adequate.

I often get the chips and queso dip to go. I just love their thin crispy chips. The manager and staff are excellent. The fajitas and the rest of their food is wonderful: I like the Alambre lunch plate the best. They have a lunch menu that has lower prices; I love a good deal.
