We had a good experience with dinner there for a group of eight. Easy to get reservations at 7:30 on a Friday evening, place was doing a good business but wasn't full. Good selection of scotch for a pre dinner drink, good selection of dishes on the menu. I had the chicken pot pie, which was fine; many in the... More

The managers are extremely rude. Messed up my reservations every time I've been here. Ran out of glasses so half of our table didn't have water

Staff is rude and every waitress has attitude, they have crappy service, takes an hour to get waters, ran out of glasses, just awful.

We really like Blackbird. The menu is extremely varied. It provides food alternatives that are much more diverse than other menus in Norman. The food is very good, although the kitchen tends to run slow at peak and off-peak times (you can still get in and out in an hour at lunch). Parking for Blackbird is a challenge when school... More

The food here is pretty consistent. Anything made with the Pot Roast is awesome. We were in this past Friday for dinner, a party of six. Our waiter was behind the curve on everything, drinks, food, clearing the dirty dishes, etc. but seemed to be trying. Very loud in this facility, as is the case with many of the old... More

We went for drinks and snacks. The drinks were good. The food was average. The staff was good. It was fun and has a great (smoking) room upstairs. Fun was had.

We took our OU student daughter here for dinner this past Saturday evening. As always, the food is great. I just wish they'd turn down the music or limit it to non-vocals, as it's so difficult to hear each other. We started off with the Pulled Chicken Nachos. Very tasty, although the chicken would be even better if many of... More

Went for date night. Service was very slow even though the place wasn't busy. Food was marginal. Meatloaf was good, but sauce was very tangy. Pot roast was very dry.

This place has a great location directly across from Campus. It has a great high-end pub feel and fortunately it has food to match. We had burgers, and salads and everything was tasty and made with ingredients you would only expect to see in a legit gastro pub. Good selection of beers and whiskeys top off a really nice experience.

Loved the nostalgic-trendy atmosphere. Delicious, quality ingredients, hardy comfort food, as well as salads, and more. Signature drinks, as well as good old staples. Scrumptious Shepherds pie was both elegant and rustic. Roast beef nachos were fantastic. Full service, great service. Comfortable dining areas divided up nicely. Great, old brick building. Can hardly wait to get back to try the... More
