Apple Fritters! The catfish is very good too, among the best in Oklahoma. The service is also good but the prices are somewhat inflated because this is on I-40 and caters to highway travelers.

We ate here again. It is not consistent. The waitress's are not well informed about the items on the menu. Bake potato was burned, coleslaw had no flavor, fish was cold, at 6:45 pm. Don't ask for HALF AND HALF, for your coffee. You get 1/2 sweet tea and half unsweetened. LOL AVOID THIS RESTAURANT, eat on the north side... More

Went for the catfish. Is too fishy and muddy tasting. Don't like the breading that they use. Friend got the hamburger steak and did not like.

All you can eat catfish or chicken fried chicken is the best ever I've eaten in an attractive location. We drove over after a historical and genealogical tour of Sacred Heart Mission and Cemetery in Konawa which existed prior to statehood and had a profound influence in the development of SouthCentral Oklahoma. The original log bakery still stands but the... More

There is nothing "fresh" at this restaurant. My husband had the catfish and it was mediocre at best. I had the chicken fried chicken dinner and it was soggy and had absolutely NO flavor. The corn was dumped from a can, barely warmed up, the potatoes and gravy came out of a box and package. Even the fritters weren't the... More

Good steak, fried fish, yummy sweet creamy coleslaw. We stopped coming through last year, and it took a while to remember where it was. Now I can find it again. And we will stop again. Steak came with nice grill marks and smoky flavor. Light, fluffy hush puppies have just enough jalapeño to give background bite. The bread rolls are... More

I love a good catfish fry. But the oil they used must not have been filtered lately. Had an odd taste and very greasy. A bit disappointed after hearing such great reviews around town. Won't make another trip there.

This is a really good place to eat if you're looking for real food! All the meals are really good and seem to be cooked fresh, not poured out of a can. The catfish is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service is always very good.

This restaurant is located on I-40. We didn't expect much from the look of the restaurant. Boy was I wrong! Carol our waitress suggested a few items on the menu. I got the lunch special for $7.99 and I got 3 ribs, fried okra and corn. Yum very good. And for the price even better. My husband ordered the catfish.... More
