We had the Salt & Pepper Octopus as an appetizer. It was really great! Served with a coconut milk, honey lemon sauce to dip. Very good and bright tasting!!! Perfectly cooked, not chewey -worth it. We shared the Rainbow Roll to get a sampling of many of the fishes they offer. It was really good, incredibly fresh and hand rolled.... More

I wanted the Bento Box combo, but it's only offered at lunch. I had half price Happy Hour Salt and Pepper Octopus at the recommendation of the server. I never would have ordered it. So glad I did! Make sure you ask what's good. Also loved the Naughty Roll - spicy, but fresh and succulent. Great experience!

Several lunch specials and quick service make this an excellent place to pop in for lunch if you're time constrained! A frequent diner punch card is also offered, so take advantage of that if you're in the area frequently.

We were downtown for the Coldplay concert and we were looking for somewhere to have dinner. My aunt is a huge fan of The Sushi Place and has told me to go so many times. Since it was just a block down from the BOK Center, we decided to give it a shot. We went in right about 6 or... More

I enjoyed my experience thoroughly. Friendly waitstaff, quaint atmosphere, delicious food. I started with the Ika salad, followed by Gyoza and finished up with the Crunch Roll. Very tasty indeed!!!!

We ordered a variety of Nigiri and rolls, as well as miso soup and green tree ice cream for dessert -- all of our favorites. Everything was excellent! The Riesling wine was delicious, too. The miso soup was some of the best I've ever had, and the 918 Crunchy Roll is not to be missed. We had to order more!

A good find for sushi downtown. Had the sushi bowls and the salt & pepper octopus. Not crowded, friendly server, and we were able to get in and out in an hour.

Our family enjoys The Sushi Place, and we've visited many times, particularly when we have events downtown. There are plenty of sushi options on the menu, some of which are unique to this cafe. We've not been disappointed in anything we've ordered. Always fresh-tasting, with good service at the table. It's also a good sign when the proprietor comes to... More

Recently ate here before a concert at the BOK since its just down the street and was a little let down. Sushi was just average and all seem to taste the same. Nothing stood out as just great and for the price, it should have. Much better sushi just a few blocks from here at Yokozuna.
