We are out of towners but have eaten at Albert G's several times. Generous portions, awesome coleslaw! We had the smoked turkey last time and it was great. We usually get a pound of pulled pork and coleslaw for take out at the hotel and this time we added the hot links and they were delicious! We can't wait to... More

Always a good choice. I've been going there for a really, really long time - since they opened - and they never fail to produce a great tasting meal. Lunchtime parking can sometimes be a nightmare...that's why I go during the slower times...just before or after the real rush; way smarter move. Two people dining? My advice would be to... More

Not my first BBQ experience in what was a gas station...not sure what that says about me. The place is nicely redone. The meat was well prepared and presentation what I expected. Sauces were tasty, with the hotter of the two having a subtle kick to it. I will say the choices among side dishes was more limited than some... More

Tulsa is a great place for BBQ with many different alternatives. Albert G's is a good alternative. Their menu is a bit more limited in choices than some of my favorite BBQs. They do not offer Baby Back Ribs or ham. They have a limited number of sides. I like their potato salad, but not their Cole slaw. Their Polish... More

Albert G's is one of Tulsa's best BBQ places. I like their rib tips. The restaurant is in an old gas station. It is simple, unpretentious and good.

Good beer and barbecue in Tulsa!!! I will go back on my next trip. Brisket was very good and the sauces enhances the meat!

There are two restaurant locations in the Tulsa area. Both serve fine BBQ for dining in the restaurant, take out and catering. Quite a selection of meats to choose as well as sides. Our family selection to feed nine people was chopped brisket, baked beans and cole slaw. No one was hungry at the end of the meal. The restaurant... More

On a recent visit to Tulsa, and at the behest of my daughter-in-law, I order carry-out from Albert G's store on S. Harvard Ave. The food was hot and was ready promptly. Our order for four adults included sliced beef (w/sweet sauce), cole slaw, tabouli, banana pudding, and key lime pie. It was all truly breathtaking, but the beef and... More

Had a half rack of ribs with baked beans and potato salad. I thought the ribs were excellent. Lots of meat on the bone. You put on your own sauce at the table tho as they are dry rubbed and smoked. Prices were affordable. Bill was $85 for three adults including tip. Restaurant is downtown around lots of other bars

This is authentic BBQ - very casual place with excellent food. Easy to find, west side of Harvard in midtown. This is order at the counter, pick up at the window, and take your seat. Several sauces on the table.
