I love this place. The owners are your host and hostess. They are serious about delivering you top quality food made fresh. Don't mess with the bosses.

We are driving through the area and were looking for a vegetarian selection that would be open late. We called ahead and found that they would be opened until 9:30. We arrived at 8:30pm. The menu has a number of vegetarian options with entrees starting at about $8.79 up to $10.99. Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, the portion sizes were... More

We were promptly seated upon entering and were almost pushed to order quickly. Finally getting the hint we were given time to browse the menu and make our selections. As hurried as it was at the beginning service was even slower once we ordered. We each had a small bowl of pho - one chicken, the other beef. Not too... More

Ri Le was our go to Vietnamese restaurant; just not in our "neighborhood". Accidentally discovered Binh-Le who is brother to Ri-Le. Now that we've discovered this, we are anxious to go back and share with our friends.

We have been eating here for more than 20 years. They know us by name and know what we want. They have a lot of regular customers. Food always fresh. Imperial Rolls delicious. Coffee fabulous. Deluxe Soy with no noodles is what I get and it is the best.

I have eaten here at least once a month for at least 20 years, and I am a foodie and something of a food snob. I vote with my wallet and I vote for this place quite often. I cannot speak for anything on the menu except for the following (which is all I ever get--and is what 80% of... More

You pull in to Tulsa at dinnertime and want something Asian and close to the hotel. Bin Le popped up on the Garmin and was only a couple of miles from the hotel. Located in a strip mall, the restaurant is a throw back to the 50's, including many non-Chinese, Chinese items like chow mein. A large number of vegan... More

Poor quality! The fried rice was worst than a buffet line that was 2 days old. Vegetables were not fresh. They used canned vegetables.

Several good dishes here. I eat here often. Mr. Binh-Le is friendly to all customers. His wife is not very friendly -doesn't smile or do anything to make customers feel welcome. But if you're only concerned with a good vegan meal, you'll find one here that is served quickly after you order.

Above average quality and service. The menu food is Americanized and that's not a bad thing. The staff will make it more authentic if you ask. The quality is superior to most small Oriental restaurants that serve everything deep fried and the rice is likely older than you'd guess. Binh-Le is not that place. Its ingredients and freshness are better... More
