The BEST hamburger you will ever have! But don't stop there....everything is out of this world. Can't stop eating at Pono😜. But the best part is you can fill your freezer with unsurpassed meats. If you are in Bend, this is a MUST stop!

I had a local friend take me here on a work trip and he couldn't have chosen better. The food was great and I was impressed with the quality. You might pay a little more for food here but you know your eating well, supporting local and I don't think you could go wrong.

I went in to buy three steaks for a special birthday dinner and wanted to get some really great Wagyu steaks. The only option they had were 3 rib eyes. Very limited selection. I know Rib-eyes are fatty but these had a lot of fat - could have been trimmed better - I cooked the meat over Cherry wood which... More

Best Brisket and Turkey I've ever had. The most amazing meat products, and great service. The owner, Shin, is friendly and helpful.

We had lunch here during a recent trip to Bend. My wife's roast beef sandwich was outstanding and the lemon-broiled asparagus she ordered as her side dish was perfect. My Reuben sandwich was great --- lean and tasty home-cured pastrami with homemade sauerkraut between toasted rye bread. The kim chi I had for my side was equally good, also made... More

The meats sold by Pono are fabulous. We've had several lunches there, and find the portions huge and uniformly delicious. The cook does have an unfortunate tendency to over-use garlic powder/garlic salt, particularly in the soups and side dishes, but the side dishes are generously portioned and unmatched in variety: with your sandwich, you can have fries, baked beans, mac... We have tried a few of the meats at Pono Markets and have always been extremely satisfied. Their Kobé beef (Wagyu) is wonderful with a taste that is far superior to almost all of the high grade beef you would find in your general supermarket. Yes, it is pricier, but worth it for that occasion with special friends. We will... More

We were about to entertain some friends and tried this place for the steaks...and OMG were we impressed. The quality of the meat is unsurpassed in taste and texture....and the staff are happy and helpful. The prices are very high compared to a market but we find it very worth it. The marbling content is high which gives a great... More

Its mostly a butcher shop, but they also serve hot lunches and early dinners. The have a mixed pork and beef burger which is delicious and lean. I also had their cheese-steak which is very messy but great. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and will talk with you until you make the right decision. Cost on the meats is... More

Pono Farm and Fine Meats butcher shop/restaurant was an amazing find. The sandwiches are huge. I have had both the hamburger and BLT on two separate visits, both times going home with half a sandwich to eat for another meal. My four year old daughter loves their hot dogs and french fries. I know I can count on her eating... More
