The fact that this place has so many stars makes me question humanity. First off, the waitress was incredibly rude, I work in the service industry and if you're genuinely inconvenienced by humans then you probably shouldn't be a waitress. She acted like we were a bother when nobody else was in the restaurant. Secondly, the food was something that... More

My niece who lives in the area suggested this place for a quick bite. Unfortunately we arrived 2 mins too late for breakfast so had to order from the lunch menu. The portions were small but the prices were reasonable for the amount they served. My husband had to order two lunches. Quality was very good and we would go there... More

The $8.25 burger came with a grilled bun, chopped iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo/relish sauce and a choice of sides. Served in a basket. The onion rings were good. I got fruit for my side. Was expecting fresh fruit but it was a generous portion of canned peaches. Server was very nice, helpful and friendly. Coffee was good. Easy access... More

Stopped in at Sunrise Cafe for breakfast and was very pleasantly surprised. Ordered a Veggie omelet with a slight alteration. Omelet was wonderful and the service was better. Staff was very pleasant. A hidden gem. If I lived in the area, I would gain weight.

Friendly, clean, fresh. Simple meals for the hungry traveler. Nothing fancy but hits the hunger. Would definitely stop here again next time through .

It is a plain jane small café. Be ready for the smell outside-its cattle country. pressure doors keep out flies- a necessary thing. Food is pretty decent but way overpriced. A half biscuit and gravy is $7.00, although they do throw in some hash browns. Chicken fried steak and eggs is $13. WARNING: There is a $1.00 surcharge for using... More

This is a clean place with pretty good food. Limited menu and a little expensive for a small cafe but pancakes and bacon were good.

I recently stopped at the Sunrise at Boardman for a quick lunch on my drive down I-84. The cafe is pretty plain, but the food is very tasty. I especially liked the french fries. My patty melt and my buddy's chili dog were both really tasty. This is definitely a good place to stop along the interstate!

Stopped here for lunch on our way from Walla Walla to Vancouver WA. We had 2 shrimp baskets at $9.75 each and cold drinks @ $2, the staff even kindly filled refills to take with us as we went. Smiling, friendly, helpful staff, just one serving and one cooking, so you work hard guys.......Good food, too.
