The first day (yes, we went back twice) we picked up a garlic cheese bread and cinnamon rolls from the day old table and a couple of apple fritters. Service was great and the donuts and bread was excellent. The second time we got another fritter, an almond bear claw, a chocolate cannoli and a cream horn. Again everything was... More

Spending nine days in Cannon Beach every morning I walked to the Cannon Beach Bakery and bought fresh pasties. The first day I bought some Haystack Bread. It makes a nice advertisement but frankly is mediocre but most of their pasties are baked fresh every day and are worth the calories

We always stop by the shop and grab a few loaves to take home with us. My kids say it is the best bread ever. Great bakery for any kind of goodies you are craving.

Stopped by twice in one day. First to buy a loaf of bread. Got the Swedish Limpa - nothing special. Then we bought an almond bear claw and a butter croissant and coffee which were all delicious and I will visit again for the pastries. They offer sandwiches made to order for a reasonable price - I think I'll have... More

I dropped by this bakery a few days ago because I thought I could get a good sandwich there. They claim to have wonderful haystack bread. I found the bread was tasteless and there wasn't much inside the sandwich. There are too many other shops downtown for lunch. Stick with their baked goods if you come here.

We happened on this bakery while shopping along Hemlock and then made sure to come back the next day because I didn't want to leave without having more of their Sailor Jack muffins ( a spice cake with raisins). We also enjoyed the almond poppyseed muffin quite a bit and their Boston Creme doughnut. Didn't have time (or room) to... More

We wanted a light lunch and ordered sandwiches, which are made with fresh local ingredients to your specifications along with their homemade breads. They were tasty and filling. We also purchased two pastries to go, and they seemed a bit dry/stale. There is limited seating in the bakery.

If your in Cannon Beach, this is a must to stop at. Fresh, local baked goods each morning. Always something to pick from. Also make fresh baked breads and buns.
