We stopped in for lunch - excellent fish and chips, very nice IPA. We chose the cod fish (halibut is also an option.) Fresh, flaky, and piping hot. Friendly, attentive service. Highly recommend.

We went out of season and lots of places were closed but this is a Tavern that brews their own beer and my husband and friend worked from the top of the list down (only got to 4 though). They liked most of the beers they tried. We didn't eat here but the food looked pretty good. Friendly bar staff... More

Our guys wanted a beer and perhaps an appetizer to hold them until dinner. We had received good reviews on Bill's so decided to go. The guys ordered beer and my girl friend and I just had water. We aren't beer drinkers. The waitress/barmaid served the beer and kept asking us what we wanted to order for food. We told... More

Bill's Tavern has been in Cannon Beach since I begin frequenting the area (1971) and has changed little over the years. Same bar room atmosphere with a bar menu one would expect to find on the Oregon coast - Fish and Chips, clam chowder, and Burgers. Their local brews are not award winning in my opinion, but fit with the... More

I don't drink a lot of beer but the first place I go when I hit Cannon Beach is Bill's for a blackberry beer and a burger. Say goodnight, Gracie!

Had fish and chips, and a good house brewed beer. Malt vinegar right on the table, as it should be! One side of the restaurant is for families and the other is the bar. Wait staff will bring you an alcoholic drink over to the restaurant side.

Food was more affordable than many of the restaurants in the area and was pretty good in quality. Our server wasn't too with it but I guess it's the luck of the draw sometimes.

Good food Friendly staff. Had to wait a bit for a table. Good prices were ok for a resort town. Will go back again.

A good stop to make in Cannon Beach is the historic Bill's Tavern. Authentically aged environment adds to the atmosphere.Good basic food and drink!
