This was fun! Quite the show, we learned some things and it was an amazing amount of food! You sit around the chef's area, they have mirrors so you can see everything going on, and the staff keeps it moving so chef can work uninterrupted.

We are planning to do a cooking "show" as they call it next year, as this weekend's sessions were all booked up. Chef Bob and staff were very busy prepping for the day's session, but were warm and friendly, answering our questions as they worked.

It's not a restaurant, so theres no lunch. They are primarily a cooking school. But it is open to pick up some amazingly great handmade bread and wines for a fun picnic.
