After 6+ hours fishing on a choppy ocean, a Pint of Guinness was a GREAT choice, with a lovely lass (Penny) to serve it. She is also the cook..& the owner. I will definitely return next time I go fishing...which is next week! Can't wait!!

Small inside, the food is really good, & the live music is great. The owner cooks & serves. Its walkable from all the hotels in DePoe Bay.

We've eaten here many times and the food is always delicious. Nice, relaxed atmosphere, always welcoming. Authentic Irish food. Not fast food but true home cooking, Irish style. I love the shepherd's pie. Not always open, but if it is stop in for very good food.

We stopped in after the pirate day, wanting drinks and dinner. We waited awhile, because there were only two people working, and a couple of large groups. We moved up to the bar and started talking to them, and found out how they had been slammed. They were friendly, and made recommendations of food and beer (not as familiar with... More

Lozelle Jennings and "The Front Porch Thang" plays some of the best blues around. They play every Wednesday 5-8pm sometimes the group grows in size with no warning. Foods no too bad either with specials most days. Very affordable and fun.

We went in to O'Downey's to have a beer. The bartender didn't once smile at us or even say anything other than to ask what we wanted. After we got our beers she never once spoke to us. She was very chatty with the locals who were in there. In fact she practically ignored the few other people who came... More

The "owner-operator" is just that...She cooks, tends bar, is pleasant to her customers. The food is good...mainly Irish in choices, but when U R traveling, a little variety is Great...even in a mainly Seafood area...I will go back next time thru.

This is an older restaurant, but still serving up good food & drinks. Service has always been prompt and friendly and I've never had a meal that wasn't good.
