I live walking distance from here and this place is my favorite go-to for a relatively quick but good-quality bite to eat. The menu is smallish, but varied and the specials are usually amazing. I am ambivalent about posting this good review because it might...More
I am rarely disappointed at Cafe 440! I love that they change up their menu and have great specials, the food is consistently good and even if you just got French fries and their buttermilk chive ranch, you'd be happy. I recommend the nachos, the...More
We wanted to try someplace different so we met another couple here for dinner. I had the Brisket Bandito and my wife had the Meatloaf Sandwich. The food choices were intriguing. My meal was good, however, the brisket was more like stew meat rather than...More
This cafe is perfect for very flavorful fresh cooked food. Nothing bagged here. I had the broccoli cheese soup, probably best I have ever had. Super creamy. Also had the pork egg rolls, they are large and homemade. Lots of pork. Dipping sauce was unique,...More
American cuisine mostly. I've never had a bad meal. Moderately priced. The wait can be a long time and you cannot call in and ask to be put on the reservation list outside of 2 hours.
Came here with my fiancé on my birthday. Great menu. Mostly American and Mexican comfort food. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf, she had the ribeye, both really really good. Good beer menu and prices. Had some really originally prepared prescuitto wrapped jalapeño poppers for...More
Three of us went for lunch and could not have been more pleased. We all had a variation of a menu item to meet personal needs. Each request was handled with ease by our server. In addition the beef chili special was a true knockout...More
I love this place. I don’t go more because parking is difficult. My favorite is the Burger. It’s amazing. The staff had been together for a long time. The owner is usually there and working at every position to make it happen.
I have met friends for lunch at this tucked away location and have enjoyed flavorful salads and great service every time! Just off Coburg Road and easy to park too.
