My wife has been to Sweet Basil literally a hundred times because she worked across the street at the hospital. I finally had the opportunity to taste what she has raved about and have to agree. First, the menu was simple. When reading the dish...More
I liked this place and went there quite a bit, but when we stopped by on 8/5/15 we saw the place was closed with "For Lease" signs in the windows. I'm gonna miss their Tom yum soup!
I love the food at this restaurant. It is so yummy. And the atmosphere is great too! It is a great place to get just drinks and appetizers at the bar as well. They have some great appetizers.

Excellent Thai food in a trendy setting. Delicious food and excellent bar. All the dishes are decorated artistically. Usually crowded with young people and tends to be noisy. But still worth it.
One of my favorite meals is Sweet Basil's Fried Trout appetizer with a Ginger Cosmos. I haven't ever had a bad meal here but the fried trout is one of my favorites! Good service and friendly bartenders!
