A friend and I took another friend to high tea as a thank you. The service was gracious and helpful, the food was excellent and the experience was delightful. It was 5 star all the way.

Everything I had at this restaurant was delicious, the atmosphere is delightful, and my English friends that I took there really liked it. I loved the shrimp bisque, bangers and mash, and shepherd's pie. I visited it about 7 times. The new owner and her daughter are lovely people. A nice range of teas, too.

Wonderful lunch, charming staff, and cozy surroundings. Portions are English Tea Room, not oversized deli. Scones and clotted cream are very similar to ones I was served in London at the Ritz. Tried the curried pastie, the fish entree, and the salad. All were very well done.

My sister, my cousin, and I enjoyed tea and scones. The restaurant also offers high tea, and full meals. The setting was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I will return here next time I'm in Florence.

We were looking for a light lunch, and stumbled upon this out e, charming English//Scottish teahouse. The ambiance was wonderful, the tea wonderful, and the soup and scones were wonderful. Would not hesitate to go there again. Very friendly people.

This is a charming little place in Old Town Florence and it is a lovely dining experience if you love all things British! The decor is top notch and the service is excellent. The food follows a theme that would be quite appropriate for anyone from Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand or any other protectorate of the Queen. They do... More

So cute, great menu and nice quality fare. Portions aren't huge, but adequate. Homemade soups, and English delights. Try this place, you'll be glad you did!

We are fortunate to live in Florence, and this little tea room is a once weekly luncheon with friends. Hannah has a wonderful way with savory dishes, and Heather's rolls, scones and desserts are to die for. There is also a new chef who fits right in and continues the tradition of tasty pub fare. This is a small family... More

Extremely pleasant time out for a multi-course lunch in a very stylish shop. Tea is served at the table in eclectic China pots and cups and saucers. Food very tastie.

We have been to many, many tea houses, both here and in the UK, so we have a point of comparison. That said, Lovejoy's is not bad. The food is decent, the service is okay, and the atmosphere is nice. My only advice: call ahead to make sure they are open. We drove 45 miles to have tea, only to... More
