pFriem seemed to be highly rated; so, we gave it a try. There are a number of good food and/or drink establishments in Hood River but this did not turn out to be one of them. We stopped in for a micro brew and possibly something to eat later. The only thing that was "cold" seemed to be the staff!... More

Great beer, unique appetizers, excellent service. Very affordable and just a fun place to eat outside when the weather cooperates.

We visited here last week and had a great meal. We started with a flight of six beers you can choose from their current taps, and dada nice , fresh salad, and a selection of their olives as starters. We chose the King Salmon for our meals. That's right King Salomon on a brew pub menu. My wife can not... More

First, we are not beer drinkers. This place is great if you enjoy tasting different beers. That said, my meal was disappointing. Beet soup came luke warm. They did correct this and were VERY apologetic but even hot it was just fair. Too much black pepper and not enough depth of flavor. I also had the mushroom stuffed squash. The... More

pFriem brews some really good beer. Most of their beers stick to traditional beer styles which is nice. There's not a lot of room in the tasting room so you may need to wait a bit for a table but it's certainly worth it if you do.

I'd never heard of this beer before my boyfriend told me it's his favorite. So on a trip to Hood River, we went there for lunch, and what an experience! Such great beers (really liked the Holiday Ale) and really good food. Service was excellent.

It was pretty busy when I got there, fortunately they have a separate beer only line. Sat out side and chatted with some locals. Can recommend the Flanders Blonde.

This is a great family friendly place. The food is amazing and some great adult foods. Try the muscles or pork belly. You can't loose with most any of the beers. Even the kids looked really happy eating what looked like great mac n cheese

We went here the other weekend for a quick visit to hood river. The beer was really good, we tried one of the IPAs and a pilsner. Both were delicious. Food was not our favorite, but it wouldn't stop us from going back. Staff was friendly.

Excellent variety of fine crafted beers and very good food, a big step beyond pub grub! A nice scene during the summer with outdoor patio, sheltered from the wind.
