One of my favorite restaurants. It isn't the same as it used to be. They don't bring the relish dish anymore and the salad is smaller. The food is still very good. It is a treat to dine there.More

We got in shortly before closing time for breakfast, so we just had a parfait and oatmeal on the patio. It came with extras...scones and fruit. It was good, though a little pricey.More

Another wonderful dining experience at Jacksonville Inn. Sat on the patio ..very nice. We were greeted by Jerry, the owner, and our staff was excellent. As a restaurant owner myself, and thus tending to be picky, I really recommend this restaurant.

I'm so glad you loved our ambience and your husband enjoyed his New York. I'm sorry to hear that the garden risotto wasn't to your taste, though. I appreciate your willingness to give us another chance even though your dish wasn't quite right for you!...More

Meals are good and the wait staff attentive. Their patio is so pleasant during good weather. Never give me a hard time about my service dog. Definitely recommend.

Description
Located in the center of Jacksonville, a historic town in Southern Oregon that got its start as part of the gold rush back in the 1850s, stands the Jacksonville Inn. It’s an elegant bed and breakfast housed in a building built in 18961 complete with walls made of locally quarried sandstone (specks of gold are still visible in the mortar). The historic hotel rooms blend distinctive 19th century décor with the necessities of a connected digital age, including a variety of modern comforts and amenities. Whether or not you are staying in the unforgettable rooms, you will love dining in the superb restaurant with its distinctive menu and impressive wine list featuring over 2,000 wines. The restaurant is known for its attention to detail and personal service and has a passion for building connections with its customers. The Jacksonville Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It has served three U.S. presidents and has provided lodging for a U. S. president and First Lady.
