Order was slow, meal was served incomplete. Ordered the Meat loaf dinner. Plate had a almost baked potato and a large portion of bland meat loaf. Although it was listed on the menu, I did not receive the bread or vegies.

This is the best place in La Grande for breakfast. It reminds me of a funky old cafe but the food is great and the prices are right. The staff is friendly and most meals are under $10.

Locals told us that one of their favorite restaurants in La Grande is the Smokehouse so we gave it a try. They have a good salad bar that is fresh and complete. We got flat iron steaks that were flavorful and cooked well.
