Pelican Pub is THE place to eat in Pacific City, as it has a spectacular view of the ocean. Sit inside if the weather is inclement, or choose outside for an even closer view of the ocean. The menu has enough for everyone but we...More

My dear friend got married here last weekend. I was very impressed with their set up for a wedding. I have been to weddings all over the world in a myriad of venues and this one felt like a elegance that was not stressful. The...More

You really can't find a better place than one that has numerous culinary offerings geared toward kids and the adults with nice space and in a relaxed environment. We had a late breakfast at the Pelican and were so happy we did. Both kids and...More

There are a few tables both inside & out. You place your order & a pager device lets you know when you can pick it up. However, our pager never went off! I went to restroom & saw a couple plates setting on the counter....More

We've been visiting since they opened, way back when. Always reliably good beer, good food and friendly service. Nice to fill a growler to take back to the beach house, too. Thank you for so many years of good times!

We often visit their other location in Cannon Beach, OR (menu pretty much the same) and are always satisfied, but this location and service is even better. We had the onion ring tower (incredible), kale & farrow salad with tri tip, fish tacos, lettuce wraps...More

Just walked out of this place after dinner. Decent food except for the coleslaw which tasted like wet cabbage with a little milk mixed in, completely without flavor. The portions were very small and the prices were very high. $17 for a burger with a...More

I would say abit pricey. 2 adults 2 kids 90usd for salads and burgers not t-bone steaks.... Especially overpriced with respect to the interior and furniture.

Description
This is where it all started back in 1996. Envisioned by three inspired founders, a little run-down beachfront building began its transformation into the international icon it is today. The only beachfront brewpub in the Pacific Northwest, this inviting establishment welcomes guests with tantalizing beer cuisine, intimate brewery tours and, arguably, the most incredible beach patio experience around. Gaze in awe at Oregon’s largest Haystack Rock. Watch the surfers. See the sun set. Order another beer.
