My wife and I stopped in on a recent weekend visit to the coast. We came in later in the evening for just dessert. I loved my White Chocolate Cheesecake while she love her Cherry Pie with ice cream. Our server was great and the atmosphere in the pub was lively with locals and tourists.

While visiting my Cousin Tori, she took me on a little local tour, and our turnaround spot was the Pelican Pub and Brewery. As we pulled in, she said "This is my favorite" It was a rainy, off-season day and the place was perfect. Great views, and the Mac and Cheese was just what I needed for the day. Beers... More

This place has a killer view of Haystack Rock right on the beach where the dories are launched in season. It has a wide variety of home brew and others. The power was out when we arrived early in the evening so they had a "Lights Out" menu powered by a generator. Chowder was luke-warm and service was very slow.... More

Met family here for evening meal. Food expectations were met. Beverage spot on with everyone satisfied. Waitress Shelley was excellant, quick wit, super smile and food served professionally, just like momma likes it!

Lovely spot on the beach, good service, good beer. I had a pleasant late lunch—clam chowder and a house salad. Prices were a bit high, I suppose because of the real estate. Lots of other places to try in Pacific City, if you're put off by that.

We had a wonderful time here enjoying a sampler of their brews and then a pint of the one we each liked best. Appetizers, including one for oyster lovers, were not cheap but were delicious and worth the price. We enjoyed the friendly bar, food, and beautiful sunset on the Pacific. ....even bought the tee shirt!

This place is spectacular, positioned right on the beach in a beautiful and wild cove, with a massive monolith jutting out of the ocean. Even on a chilly, rainy, windy day the experience was magic. And fantastic beer! I can't give the five dots, though, for two reasons. 1) It's pretty pricy. I know you'r paying for the view and... More
